1. Taylorsville (17-4) Class: 5A

Was: 1. Last week: 3-0. Outlook: Heather Gardner and Ashley Moore are pitching well for the Warriors.

2.Binham (20-2) Class: 5A

Was: 4. Last week: 3-0. Outlook: The Miners shook off loss, any doubt and finished the season with confidence.

3. Fremont (19-3) Class: 5A

Was: 3. Last week:2-0. Outlook: The Silver Wolves have plenty of experience, weapons as the tournament begins.

4. Dixie (16-6) Class: 4A

Was: 4. Last week: 1-0. Outlook: The Flyers offense has them atop the 4A rankings and looking tough to beat.

5. Springville (17-5) Class: 4A

Was: 10. Last week: 3-0. Outlook: Sarah Clark led the Red Devils to upset of Tooele and share of the region title.

6.Spanish Fork (20-2) Class: 5A

Was: 2. Last week: 1-1. Outlook: The Dons have all the talented needed to work their way back from non-region upset.

7. Murray (17-5) Class: 4A

Was: 5. Last week: 1-2. Outlook: The Spartans lose to Taylorsville and Olympus but are still among 4A favorites.

8. Riverton (18-4) Class: 5A

Was: 6. Last week: 1-1. Outlook: The Silver Wolves couldn't get past Bingham, but still have a lot of firepower.

9. Tooele (17-5) Class: 4A

Was: 11 . Last week: 3-1. Outlook: The Buffalo look like mere mortals, but they are an experienced team with tons of talent.

10. Bear River (19-4) Class: 3A

Was: 10. Last week: 3-0. Outlook: Undefeated in region play and earning a first-round win, the Bears look awfully tough to beat.

11. Grantsville (19-3) Class: 3A

Was: 11. Last week:3-1. Outlook: The Cowboys now have the opportunity to show they're legitimate contenders.

12. Bountiful (16-4) Class: 4A

Was: 13 . Last week: 2-0. Outlook: Couldn't have a stronger finish for the Braves who have strong leader in senior Kim Weese.
