Golf tourney fundraiser tees off Friday

WEST JORDAN — Take a swing at the 14th annual West Jordan Scholarship Golf Tournament fundraiser and play for a good cause Friday.

Sponsored by the West Jordan Chamber of Commerce and Jordan Valley Hospital, the tournament tees off at 7:30 a.m. at the Mountain View Golf Course, 8660 S. 2400 West.

Proceeds will fund scholarships for seniors at West Jordan and Copper Hills high schools.

Cost is $98 per individual or $370 for a team of four; lunch is included.
