Capitol Theatre, 50 W. 200 South, will host Ririe-Woodbury's family and children show, "Kaleidoscope," Feb. 3, 7 p.m.; Feb. 4, 2 and 7 p.m. Tickets are $30 for general, $15 for students and senior citizens and $45 for families of five. (801-355-2787 or www.arttix.org)
Ogden Nature Center, 966 W. 12th St., Ogden, will host "Earth-Friendly Valentines," Feb. 4, 9-10:30 a.m. Admission is $7 for center members and $8 for nonmembers. Registration is required (801-621-7595 or www.ogdennaturecenter.org)
Hogle Zoo, 2600 E. Sunnyside Ave., will host "Zoo Storytime: 'The Icky Sticky Frog,' by Dawn Bentley," Feb. 4, 10-11 a.m. Admission is $5 per child over 2 years old and free for adults. (801-582-1631 or www.hoglezoo.org)
Tracy Aviary, 589 E. 1300 South, will offer free admission every Wednesday through February. The aviary is also accepting registration for its spring break camps. The camps will be in session April 2-6, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (801-596-8500 or www.tracyaviary.org)
Thanksgiving Point, 3003 N. Thanksgiving way, will host a half marathon, 5K run and children's one-mile run to raise funds for the Museum of Natural Curiosity on April 28. Registration is $45 per runner for the half marathon, $25 for the 5K and $15 for the children's run through Jan. 31. Registration continues until April 14, but prices will increase. Bingham Creek Library, 4834 W. 9000 South, will host a family movie night, Jan. 30, 7 p.m. The library will also host a teen origami class, Feb. 2, 7 p.m.
Draper Library, 1136 E. Pioneer Road, Draper, will host "Wild Wonders," Jan. 30, 7 p.m. The library will also host "Wild Animals of Utah" with Monte L. Bean Museum, Feb. 3, 4 p.m.
