Volunteers of the Shalom, Salaam, Tikkun-Olam program sort donations for families in need in the West High School cafeteria on Christmas Eve. For more than 19 years the Utah Section of National Council of Jewish Women has led members and friends of Utah's Jewish and Muslim communities in serving others less fortunate in the community. West High School English Second Language Department, National Honor Society, Student Ambassadors, and faculty joined the project. Last year more than 1500 people were helped. This year the numbers are expected to be greater.
