CEDAR CITY — Ramell Taylor scored 17 points to lead four Thunderbirds in double figures as Southern Utah snapped a three-game losing streak with a 62-51 win over UC Davis Thursday night. The Thunderbirds improved to 5-6 with the win while the Aggies dipped to 1-11.
SUU never trailed but the game wasn't in the bag until the final seconds, as the final score was the largest lead.
"We worked hard on the offensive boards and I thought we did a good job defensively," SUU Coach Roger Reid said. "We got off to a good start offensively, Ramell and Matt did a good job getting us started."

Have you not seen this season? This is one of the best season's so far. I know people hate Reid but he is a great man. He is doing well this season and people still say he shouldn't have a job. Don't post about him and the Bball team unless your More..
Good defense? How can you not have good defense against the worst team. Time to retire Reid and give fans hope for future in BigSky.
True fans know everything about Reid, how he was fired, and rehired. This will be his last year unless another Utah president job is influenced by Reid boys. SUU needs change. True fans want change and program needs change.
