Former BYU quarterback Jake Heaps, who announced a couple of weeks ago that hes transferring, is reportedly visiting the University of Kansas this weekend.
The Jayhawks recently hired Charlie Weis as their head coach. When Weis was the head coach at Notre Dame, he recruited Heaps, who was then rated by some as the No. 1 prep quarterback in the country.
Former Fighting Irish QB Dayne Crist visited Kansas earlier in the week.

"Good place for him to see if he can prove how good he sees himself."
And a good place to see if he can prove to be as good as BYU fans saw him circa August.
Seriously?? Now we need to hear about each visit Heaps will be making to different schools? Who cares? He's gone. I don't care if he visits OSU and Meyer, whooopee. so he'll play somewhere else. He may do well, he may stink. More power to him.
