'Festival of Lights' at Washington D.C. Temple Visitors Center through Jan. 1

KENSINGTON, M.D. — More than 500,000 multi-colored LED lights, 130 nativity scenes, nightly concerts and 16 Christmas trees are part of the Festival of Lights at the Washington D.C. Temple Visitor's Center, starting Dec. 2.
The lights will be on from dusk to 10 p.m. Concerts will be at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. Tickets, which are free and required for the concerts, will be distributed 90 minutes before each show. See dctemplelights.lds.org for a schedule.
Organizers expect more than 200,000 visitors at Festival of Lights, which runs through Jan. 1.
