SANDY — Those players on the Deseret News All-State first and second teams in volleyball and first team in football are invited to be honored at the Top of the Mountain Bowl football game this weekend at Rio Tinto Stadium.
The Top of the Mountain Bowl Classic Committee will honor those student-athletes selected for All-State awards in a special halftime ceremony. A letter detailing the honor will be emailed to the athletes' high school coaches. Student-athletes should take that letter to the game on Saturday to receive a ticket and further instructions about the award ceremony, which will take place on the field at halftime.
The Top of the Mountain Bowl features Snow College, ranked No. 16, taking on Eastern Arizona, ranked No. 17, at noon on Saturday at Rio Tinto Stadium.
Any questions about the ceremony or the honor can be directed to David Dyches at David.Dyches@snow.edu.
