The courts have ruled that crosses honoring fallen Utah Highway Patrol Troopers cannot be placed on public property because the American Atheists Inc. has said that it is a violation of the constitutional guarantee of separation of church and state.
I need some help to understand this. Perhaps Brian Barnard could help me find in the Constitution the phrase "separation of church and state."
In the meantime, the courts have ruled that atheism is the court ordered religion of the United States of America.

Good morning Mike, RedShirt.
Let's have it another go, shall we?
I say that you who force America into being a "Christian Nation" are just as wrong and those terrorists who insist forcing the Middle East into being More..
Wrong!
The court ruled it was in violation of the Constitution, regardless of what any group said.
Courts don't make rulings based on what a "group" says.
-- unless you want America run by Mob Rules.
More..
I get it. There is no separation of church and state enumerated in the constitution. It's just that, when it comes to what religion is not to be separated from state, it's mine and mine alone. Becuase yours is, well, wrong. Totally. You're making More..
