We will be looking at a long and gloomy winter if we have no NBA basketball. Why in the world can't the owners and the players come to an agreement? It is actually unpatriotic of these people not to find a solution as it will cause so many to be out of work.
All across the nation, parking lot attendants, security people, food people, travel people, hotels and on and on will suffer. Maybe we need a mother to come in and help these billionaires and millionaires learn how to play nicely together.

I don't care about the NBA, but I do care about the economy, and in that vein it is true we'd all be better off if this got resolved. I want rich people to keep spending money, thank you.
But I do take issue with the use of More..
To me, it's a sad commentary on our society when we place spectator sports in such high regard. People like them, fine. I do too. But if we would put as much energy and study into politics instead of fantasy leagues, maybe we would quite putting More..
A long and gloomy winter without basketball? Oh no! Maybe you could get a hobbie, volunteer some time to a worthy cause, or read a good book. You know, something worthwhile.
