The Deseret News recently introduced its redesigned "Sunday Funnies" section. In a story announcing the change, we also indicated that the daily comics format would change on Sept. 26. We were unable to implement the changes by that date due to production challenges, but they should be coming in the next few weeks.
The Deseret News recently conducted a survey on its comics that drew more than 400 responses. We continue to welcome feedback at comics@desnews.com and will use your opinions to better customize our comics pages to our readers.
Our new Sunday section features a larger, more readable format in addition to four new comics. The section is no longer combined with the Salt Lake Tribune. The new daily format will also feature larger, more readable comics, but we will continue to dedicate two full pages to daily comics and puzzles.
