OGDEN — Great Falls took control after Kevan Smith slugged a two-run homer in the fourth inning en route to a 9-7 victory over Ogden in Game 1 of the Pioneer League championship series Tuesday night at Lindquist Field.
Chris O'Brien went 2-for-4 with three RBIs for Ogden.
