Therlow R. Fenn"Fenn"He left his earthly home on September 9, 2011 to be with his Lord and Savior whom he loved. He was born on June 29, 1926 in Cedarview, UT to George and Susan Labrum Fenn.He attended school in Roosevelt. Fenn joined the U.S. Army and served in World War II. Returned home to Roosevelt and went to work on Nutter's Ranch in Nine Mile Canyon. He later went to work for F.R. Finley in Texas and became an oil driller and then transferred to Williston, North Dakota, where he met and married Marion George in 1954 and celebrated 57 years of married life. Later moved to Salt Lake City and worked for UT Sand and Gravel later Monroc for over 30 years as a welder. He loved the western flavor of life, hunting, camping, rock hounding and all of the great outdoors . Fenn is survived by his wife, Marion; children, George (Jackie), Vicki, Darryl (Wendy), and Kendra; 9 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. He was a charter member of the Church of the Nazarene. He loved God, family, and friends. Many thanks go to all the workers at Hazen Nursing Care, Christus St. Joseph Villa, and Hearts for Hospice. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2011, 2:00 pm at Redwood Memorial, 6500 South Redwood Road, West Jordan, with a viewing one hour prior. Interment to follow.
