MLS roundup: Adu starts in Union's tie with Dallas

CHESTER, Pa. — Sebastien Le Toux scored twice off penalty kicks to help the Philadelphia Union and the newly acquired Freddy Adu played to a 2-2 draw with FC Dallas on Saturday.

Maicon Santos and Brek Shea scored first half goals for FC Dallas (12-6-7).

Adu started as a midfielder.

CREW 3, REVOLUTION 1: At Columbus, Ohio, defender Julius James scored the go-ahead goal on a header in the 75th minute and the Crew overcame a halftime deficit again.

RED BULLS 2, FIRE 2: At Harrison, N.J., Joel Lindpere's 63rd-minute goal allowed the Red Bulls to tie Chicago and move into third place in the Eastern Conference

CHIVAS USA 0, SOUNDERS 0: At Seattle, the Goats' Dan Kennedy made two saves on his own and got some help from the goal post on a PK.

UNITED 4, WHITECAPS 0: At Washington, Chris Pontius scored twice, and United snapped a seven-game home winless streak.

RAPIDS 2, EARTHQUAKES 1: At Santa Clara, Calif., Caleb Folan converted his second penalty kick of the year to lead Colorado.
