Red roundup: C.J. Cron signs with Los Angeles Angels

All went as planned Tuesday for former University of Utah baseball star C.J. Cron who passed a physical and signed with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. The first-round draft pick will return to the Beehive State today to start his professional career with the Orem Owlz of the Pioneer League.

City Weekly had an interesting chat with former Utah standout Sione Pouha.

Jon Wilner of the San Jose Mercury News reports that the Pac-12 has explored revolutionary partnerships with Google and Apple.
