I am currently researching to find out what I need to do to qualify to be eligible to bid on UDOT highway projects. My plan is to bid high in order to assure I will lose. I know I will probably have to pay the powers that be a kickback, but to me, it sure looks like easy money.

It sure does seem like Gov Herbert, UDOT, and certain contractors have been sneaking around. I'm finding it difficult to trust them. Sad. Perhaps it's time for a change.
