Jimmer has never played defense which is required in the NBA. He is short in case you haven't noticed. And no NBA team is going to let him jack up 40 shots a game.

I would think Jimmer is a good fit. He can shoot and draw the defenders. I think he is better than Miles anyway.
Milsap is great if you want to get to 45 games. The problem is, he has the game of a power forward, the heart of a giant, and the height of a small forward. He's more valuable off of the bench, where the mismatch goes in the Jazz' favor because More..
