SALT LAKE CITY — Clark Planetarium, 110 S. 400 West, will unveil its latest original full-length animated Cosmic Light Show production on April 15.
The show, specifically designed for viewing inside the Hansen Dome Theatre, will feature the music of Led Zeppelin.
It's the planetarium's first animated major Cosmic Light Show release since a 2008 show featuring the music of Irish rock band U2. The show will feature full-color lasers, fog machines, gobo and LED lighting effects teamed with 3D full-dome graphics (no 3D glasses required) with Led Zeppelin classics pumping through the dome theater's 15,000-watt Dolby surround sound system.
The show opens at 8 p.m. on April 15. Visit www.clarkplanetarium.org for a preview, show times and ticket information.
