Al Jefferson had his 28th double-double of the season with 30 points and 17 rebounds to lead the Jazz.
Andrei Kirilenko scored seven of his 16 points and held the 76ers' Andre Iguodala scoreless in overtime. Kirilenko's 3-pointer to open overtime gave the Jazz the lead for good.
Utah led by 21 points in the first half and by 14 in the fourth quarter.
