Men's ncaa polls

After a week that saw BYU lose sophomore forward Brandon Davies to a suspension, then lose a home game to New Mexico, the Cougars dropped five spots in the Associated Press poll, released Monday, from No. 3 to No. 8.

San Diego State, the team BYU defeated a little more than a week ago, moved up from No. 9 to No. 7.

Utah State jumped from No. 25 to No. 23.
