NAPERVILLE, Ill. — For the second consecutive week Utah Valley freshman Ben Aird has been named Great West Conference Player of the Week, the league office announced on Monday.
Aird posted a double-double with 22 points and 11 rebounds in a win over Houston Baptist, helping the Wolverines clinch at least a share of the GWC title.
