WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL: Outside hitters Liz McArthur and Josselyn White each posted 10 kills to lead Utah State to a three-sets win (25-23, 25-21, 25-16) against Nevada on Friday night in the Aggies' home finale at Logan.

Utah State, which has won four of its last five matches, improves to 19-8 on the season and 7-7 in the Western Athletic Conference with the win and moves into a tie for fourth place in the league standings with Nevada. The Wolf Pack, who has lost three in a row, fall to 13-14 on the season and 7-7 in conference play.

McArthur, a junior from St. George, Utah, had 10 kills and six digs for Utah State, while White, a sophomore from Smithfield, Utah, had 10 kills and five digs, and hit .360 (10-1-25). Sophomore libero Laurel Bodily (Idaho Falls, Idaho) finished with a team-high 15 digs.

Kylie Harrington had 13 kills and Lindsay Baldwin had 10 to lead Nevada.

Sophomore opposite side hitter Shay Sorensen (North Ogden, Utah) led USU with five kills in the secopnd set.

Utah State will conclude its regular season with a pair of road matches at Louisiana Tech on Monday, Nov. 15, at 6 p.m. (MT) and at New Mexico State on Wednesday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m.
