Artichoke Spinach Cheese Dip

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients:

1 cup canned, drained and chopped artichokes

1 cups baby spinach, chopped

6 oz. cream cheese

cup sour cream

cup mayonnaise

cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

teaspoon red pepper flakes

teaspoon garlic powder

1 pack of pita bread, grilled

Heat the cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or until hot and soft. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and serve hot with grilled pita bread
