SOUTH JORDAN — Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man they say robbed a Zion's Bank Saturday and made his escape on a bicycle.
The man entered the Zion's Bank at 4753 W. Daybreak Parkway (11230 South) just before 2 p.m., South Jordan Police Lt. Dan Starks said.
He said the man entered the bank alone and armed with a handgun. He brandished the weapon and demanded cash.
Starks said the man was given the contents of one cash drawer before he left the scene on a bicycle. The man was wearing a black hoodie and black and white Spider-Man mask at the time. He has been described as a Hispanic male in his mid-20s, five-foot seven or eight inches tall and with a "medium, slightly stocky build."
Anyone with information is asked to call South Jordan police at 801-840-4000.
