SALT LAKE CITY — Prosecutors Wednesday charged a West Jordan man with 19 class-A misdemeanors after he started a pattern of buying vehicles from the Salt Lake auction and then selling them off to various people.
From Jan. 9 to Aug. 21, 2009, the 53-year-old man bought nearly 20 vehicles ranging in price and sold them all that same year — making money on some and losing on others, according to charges filed in 3rd District Court.
The man was charged with 19 counts of acting in capacity without a license when required.
