LOGAN — Larsen MacColl Partners LP, the largest shareholder in S&S Worldwide Inc., has obtained majority ownership in the Logan-based company, including all shares that were held previously by founder Stan Checketts.
Checketts' consulting relationship with the company has ended so he can pursue other business interests.
Larsen MacColl, which is based in Radnor, Pa., said it expects S&S Worldwide will continue to grow in the U.S., as well as internationally. It will continue to be headed by Rich Allen, president and CEO.
The company manufactures and provides rides, such as roller coasters, for amusement parks.
