OGDEN — A patient at McKay Dee Hospital who allegedly bit a nurse's breast was arrested and booked into the Weber County Jail.
A 23-year-old man was brought to the hospital Monday on a drug overdose, said Ogden Police Lt. Tony Fox. While being attended to at the hospital, the man bit his attending nurse on her right breast, over her clothing, he said.
The nurse suffered what was described as a "large bite mark," Fox said. Brett Cox was kept overnight for treatment for his drug overdose, and then booked the next day into jail. He was charged Wednesday with forcible sexual abuse, a second degree felony, in 2nd District Court.
State court records show Cox has previously been charged with drug and theft related charges.
