SALT LAKE CITY — Utah needed just one game to make the Associated Press Top 25.
The Utes are ranked 20th in the new poll released Tuesday. Utah was unranked in the preseason, but got enough votes this week after a 27-24 win over Pittsburgh in the season opener.
The Panthers were ranked 15th in the preseason, but fell out of the rankings this week.
Utah is also ranked 20th in the USA Today coaches' poll. The coaches have BYU ranked 24th this week.
The Utes are at home Saturday against UNLV.
