CLEARFIELD — Firefighters pulled a body from a burning mobile home Thursday evening and officials have confirmed the male victim is dead.
Police are releasing few details about the investigation but are treating the area as a crime scene.
Crews responded to the burning residence at 1285 W. 1200 North and pulled the man out of the building. Clearfield dispatchers said the victim was transported to Davis Hospital but has died.
Authorities have the residence surrounded.
