SALT LAKE CITY — The Salt Lake Chamber is seeking nominations for its Athena Award, one of the highest honors for a female chamber member who has provided outstanding service to the community and other women. The organization is also looking for nominations for its Pathfinders Awards which, again, recognize women of achievement.
Nominations must be turned in by Sept. 17 and can be submitted via www.slchamber.com.
Wells Fargo Women's Financial Services sponsors the Athena Award, a national recognition that salutes an active chamber member who has shown excellence, creativity, initiative in business, who has helped others and who has aided women in gaining their full potential.
The winners will be honored at a conference on Nov. 16, at the Little American Hotel, in Salt Lake City.
