62nd Annual Primetime Emmy Awards (6 p.m., Ch. 5): For the first time in about three decades, Utahns can watch television's biggest awards live — no one-hour tape delay. "Late Night" host Jimmy Fallon is hosting. And if you just love stupid celebrity junk on TV, there's Countdown to the Red Carpet (3 p.m., E!); Live From the Red Carpet (4 p.m., E!), hosted by the ever-irritating Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic; and Red Carpet to the Primetime Emmys (5 p.m., Ch. 5), hosted by the painfully annoying Billy Bush and Maria Menounos.

NFL preseason (6 p.m., Ch. 13): Steelers at Broncos

Rubicon (7 and 10:03 p.m., AMC): Ingram makes Will an offer.

Drop Dead Diva (7 and 9 p.m., Lifetime): In the two-hour season finale, Jane represents a girl who's being cyberbullied, and Jane and Grayson grow closer.

Leverage (7 and 10 p.m., TNT): The team takes on an antiquities trafficker who's using children.

Masterpiece Mystery! (8 p.m., Ch. 7): Inspector Lewis encounters a rock star who was believed to have died years earlier.
