"Late Night" host Jimmy Fallon is hosting. And if you just love stupid celebrity junk on TV, there's Countdown to the Red Carpet (3 p.m., E!); Live From the Red Carpet (4 p.m., E!), hosted by the ever-irritating Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic; and Red Carpet to the Primetime Emmys (5 p.m., Ch. 5), hosted by the painfully annoying Billy Bush and Maria Menounos.

Rubicon (7 and 10:03 p.m., AMC): Ingram makes Will an offer.
