Alpha Warranty Services buys Riverton building

SALT LAKE CITY — Alpha Warranty Services has purchased a 13,000-square-foot building in Riverton at 12166 S. Redwood Road.

In its current configuration, the building has 8,500 square feet of office space and 4,500 square feet of warehouse space. Constructed in 2006, the structure is located on almost an acre.

The company provides consumers with extended auto warranty services.

According to NAI Utah broker Brandon Smith, the distressed property was owned by a local credit union.
