KAYSVILLE — The second annual Women Entrepreneurs Conference will run from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 8 at the Northfront Business Resource Center, which is a center of the Davis Applied Technology College, 500 E. 300 South in Kaysville.
The cost is $50 if paid by Oct. 1 or $60 at the door. There are some scholarships available that will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.
The event will feature speakers, workshops and lunch, and it will focus on such topics as marketing, getting funding for a small business, and legal and tax matters.
The keynote speakers will be Celeste Gleave, founder of FYVE STAR Inc., and author Lisa Mangum.
