BYU football camp report

Day 6: A crowd of 1,490 showed up to watch the Cougars play in the morning session of practice.

Standouts: Wide receiver O'Neill Chambers caught four passes for 70 yards and a touchdown. Spencer Hafoka, McKay Jacobson and Mike Muehlmann all caught TD passes. Jake Heaps was 7-for-10 for 93 yards, two touchdowns. Riley Nelson was 7-of-8 for 78 yards, two touchdowns. Defensive lineman Vic So'oto had two "whistle" sacks.

Injuries: Freshmen linebackers Zac Stout and Collin Keoshian were both out with concussions.

Next up: BYU holds its first scrimmage today at 10 a.m., at LaVell Edwards Stadium. It is open to the public.Cougar camp report
