SALT LAKE CITY — For the first time, the jazz">Utah Jazz will play three home games at EnergySolutions Arena during their preseason schedule.
The Jazz announced their eight-game preseason schedule on Friday. The Jazz open the preseason at home against Portland on Oct. 7.
Utah will then go on the road to face the Blazers in Portland at Memorial Coliseum (where Portland played its home games from 1970-95) on Oct. 11 and then play at Phoenix on Oct. 12.
The Jazz will then host the Suns on Oct. 14 before heading to Los Angeles to compete in the four-team L.A. Shoot-Out at Staples Center for the second straight season. The Jazz will play the Clippers on Oct. 16 followed by a game against either the Lakers or Denver on Oct. 17 in a winners vs. winners, losers vs. losers bracket format.
Utah will then face the Lakers at the Honda Center in Anaheim on Oct. 19 before wrapping up the preseason with a home game against the Sacramento Kings on Oct. 22.
All eight 2010 Jazz preseason games will be broadcast live by radio voice David Locke on 1320AM KFAN and the Jazz Radio Network.
