Chase is a 9-month-old Doberman pinscher mix. He has been at the shelter since June 26, so he is ready for a new home. Chase is a big, friendly goof who loves to play and is very eager to please. He already knows how to sit and also appears to be housebroken.
Citrus is an 8-year-old domestic shorthaired cat. Don't let her age fool you — she is a very playful girl who loves to explore her surroundings. She also loves to be pet and purrs all the time. She would be best in a low-key home that will give her time to adjust to her new place. There is no charge for her adoption.
Those interested in adopting a pet can visit Salt Lake County Animal Services, 511 W. 3900 South, Salt Lake City, between 9:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday, call 801-559-1100 or visit www.slcoanimalservices.org.
