SALT LAKE CITY — Thanks largely to federal stimulus spending, 2009-10 was a banner year for research funding at Utah's two major research universities.

Looks like the way to make money these days is to beg for a government handout.

You'd think with all these 'donations' people like the above post could gain access to the education.
