In the article "List names 1,300 to deport" (July 13) Salt Lake attorney Brian Barnard said, "If it (the data) was illegally accessed to create the list, that's a crime."
I have a riddle for Barnard: "When is a criminal not a criminal?" When he or she has entered our country illegally. Right?
