SALT LAKE CITY — Metro Logics, a third party logistics firm, has completed arrangements with LNR to lease 427,000 square feet of warehouse space in two buildings, Bangerter Crossing Buildings A and B at 3845 and 3907 W. Ninigret Drive in Salt Lake City.
Metro Logics, which is headquartered in Mississippi, provides temperature-sensitive storage and distribution services to medical equipment and pharmaceutical supply firms. The Salt Lake buildings have just been built, so Metro Logic will start adding heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems; storage racks; refrigeration facilities; and office space. Once completed, the facilities will employ 14 full-time workers and 102 part-time workers.
NAI Utah senior real estate agents Zach Anderson and Kelsie Akiyama helped arrange the project.
