GRANTSVILLE — A worker was seriously injured Thursday when his arm was caught in a machine blowing insulation at a Grantsville building.

The 21-year-old man reportedly lost his arm in the accident and was flown by medical helicopter to the University of Utah Hospital in serious but stable condition, said Grantsville Police Lt. Steve Barrett.

Just after 3 p.m. the man was feeding insulation into the machine when his arm was caught, Barrett said.
