Having just returned from California, I can attest that the speed limits in St. George are clearly posted, especially in the construction zones. Signs also clearly indicate that fines are doubled for violations occurring in the construction zones. I have a suggestion for Brian Hughes from San Jose, Calif. ("I-15 speed trap," Readers' Forum, June 27). If you don't want a ticket, then obey the posted speed limit and don't speed in our state. This isn't California where it's OK to drive 20 mph over the posted speed limit!
