HOLLADAY — Two documented gang members wanted on federal warrants were arrested Tuesday by the Salt Lake Metro Gang Unit.
About 6 p.m., an officer spotted two men in a vehicle near 3900 South and 900 East and recognized them as people who had warrants out for their arrests, said Unified Police Lt. Don Hutson.
The gang unit made a traffic stop near 3300 S. Main and arrested the men without incident.
David Storm, aka "Hurricane," 42, was wanted on a federal firearms warrant and probation violation. Rubin Rocha, 28, was arrested for investigation of harboring a fugitive, who was Storm.
Court records show Storm has a long criminal history in Utah.
