ST. GEORGE — The St. George RoadRunners Professional Baseball Club is hosting the Na Koa Ikaika Maui team this week, and Wednesday night's game will be Amberley Snyder Night.

The daughter of ex-RoadRunner field manager Cory Snyder — who is now manager of the Maui team — Amberley was seriously injured in an automobile accident on her way to participate in a rodeo in Denver. The accident has left her paralyzed from the waist down.

There will be drawings, a silent auction and donation buckets, with all the proceeds from Wednesday night's game going to the Amberley Snyder Benefit Fund.

The RoadRunners also have a limited number of bracelets designed just for the benefit and they will be on sale at the game. Owner Will Joyce and his wife Sheri have donated the bracelets, and the entire proceeds from the sale of the bracelets will go to Amberley's Charity Fund.

Anyone wishing to make a donation may send a check to the Amberley Snyder Charity Fund, Central Bank, P.O. Box 651, Payson, Utah 84651.
