SPRINGVILLE — The award of a bid to reconstruct 400 East, where crews have been installing a 60-inch water pipe, will be the subject of a special City Council meeting Tuesday.
The pressurized water pipe will move water that originates from Strawberry Reservoir, to Salt Lake County.
Public works director Brad Stapley is asking that the Central Utah Water Conservancy District share in the cost. In an unrelated item, Stapley is also asking to award a bid for a new traffic signal, at 400 South and 400 East.
The meeting begins at 5:15 p.m., at City Hall, 110 S. Main, in Springville.
