The new church across the street from Rio Rancho High School is the home of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Sandoval County Stake.

RIO RANCHO, N.M. — With the rapid growth of Rio Rancho and the West Side, it was time to build a new house of worship for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — and that gorgeous building with the steeple across from Rio Rancho High School on Loma Colorado Drive has been "open for business" for four weeks.
