OGDEN — Public hearings on Ogden City's proposed 2011 fiscal year budget will take place June 8 and June 22.
The June 8 hearing will follow an Ogden Redevelopment Agency meeting that begins at 6 p.m. The June 22 hearing will begin at 6 p.m. Both will be in the Ogden City Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Blvd., third floor.
The hearings are part of Ogden City Council's budget process. The council will be addressing many policy issues, including compensation for employees through salary benchmarking and "pay-for-performance;" infrastructure improvements for roads, water and sewer; evaluation of all recreation programs and facilities; and numerous economic development projects.
