PROVO — Zions Bank, in conjunction with PEG Development and the Earl Corp., will dedicate the Zions Bank Financial Center, 180 N. University Ave., on Friday, May 14.
An invitation-only luncheon open to the media will be at 11:30 a.m., followed by the ribbon-cutting at 12:30 p.m. and a public open house with tours and refreshments from 1 to 4 p.m.
The new, eight-story building will serve as the headquarters of the central Utah region of Zions Bank. The structure was designed by the Elliott Work Group and developed by PEG Development in partnership with the Earl Corp.
Zions Bank is the anchoring tenant, occupying 36,000 square feet, including a branch on the main level as well as region administration, private banking and commercial banking offices on the third and fourth floors. Provo-based information technology group ParentLink occupies the fifth floor. Tenants at the street level will include restaurants and retail businesses.
Zions operates 103 full-service branches in Utah and 26 in Idaho.
