CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) — The East Entrance to Yellowstone National Park is set to open for the season at 8 a.m. Friday.
The road from the entrance to Fishing Bridge and Canyon also will open, although drivers can expect delays along that route starting in a couple weeks.
Road work through Sylvan Pass is set to begin between May 15 and June 1.
There's still plenty of snow on the ground in Yellowstone. Park officials say visitors can still expect snowfall to cause temporary road closures.
