Michelle Maddox, left, and Toni Foster, aka Grandma Honey, right, help support Kristina Carter as she walks during the 21st annual Walk MS 2010 fundraiser coordinated by the National Multiple Sclerosis Society Utah State Chapter on Saturday near the Gateway district in Salt Lake City. Carter was diagnosed in August but said the symptoms have come on quickly for her. Nevertheless, she, along with her friends, braved the three-mile course to raise awareness and funds to help develop treatment for the neurological disorder. The Salt Lake walk was the fourth of six MS walks in Utah. Additional walks are set for next Saturday in Cedar City and May 8 in Vernal.
