NBA playoffs: Heat at Bobcats (noon, TNT), Suns at Blazers (2:30 p.m., TNT), Hawks at Bucks (5 p.m., ESPN), Lakers at Thunder (7:30 p.m., ESPN)

College baseball (1 p.m., BYUTV): Utah at BYU

MLS (5:30 p.m., Ch. 2.2): In a rematch of last year's Eastern Conference championship game, Real Salt Lake travels to Columbus to take on the Crew.

Doctor Who (7 and 9 p.m., BBC America): The Doctor and Amy travel to the future, where people live in a giant space ship.

AFL (7 p.m., NFL Network): Utah Blaze at Chicago Rush — and this is as close as an Arena Football League team gets to a national telecast. (The NFL Network is available in almost half of the nation's households.)

You Don't Know Jack: The Life and Deaths of Jack Kevorkian (10 p.m., HBO): Al Pacino stars as the title character — the crusader for physician-assisted suicide sometimes known as Dr. Death — in this very good made-for-TV movie.

Saturday Night Live (10:30 p.m, Ch. 30): Gabourey Sidibe ("Precious") hosts; MGMT performs.

Sunday on TV

NBA playoffs: Celtics at Heat (11 a.m., Ch. 4), Cavaliers at Bulls (1:30 p.m., Ch. 4), Mavericks at Spurs (5 p.m., TNT), Nuggets at Jazz (7:30 p.m., FSN and TNT)

60 Minutes (6 p.m., Ch. 2): The ideology behind homegrown Muslim terrorists; using drugs to boost brain power; the race to replace San Francisco's Bay Bridge.

Amazing Race (7 p.m., Ch. 2): The remaining four teams start cracking under the pressure of challenges.

The Simpsons (7 p.m., Ch. 13): Homer and Lisa try to help a beached whale.

TV Land Awards (7 p.m., TV Land): Among the shows receiving awards are "Bosom Buddies," "Charlie's Angels," "Everybody Loves Raymond," "The Love Boat" and "Glee." And Mel Brooks and Carl Reiner take home "Legends" awards. (Taped April 17)

When Love Is Not Enough: The Lois Wilson Story (8 p.m., Ch. 2): This Hallmark Hall of Fame production tells the story of Lois Wilson, who co-founded Al-Anon, and her husband, Bill, who co-founded Alcoholics Anonymous. It's based on the book by William G. Borchert.

Desperate Housewives (8 p.m., Ch. 4): The housewives are unaware they're interacting with the Fairview strangler.
